Service Pricing

The following services are typical requirements by residential customers. They are provided at a flat rate to be competitive with the less experienced technicians at the big box stores. I also strive to provide my customers with a personal level of service by coming to them for repairs. If I need to take your machine in for repair, I will fix it as quickly as possible and bring it back to you.

New PC Setup: $200 – Setup of new PC as recommended by Muegge Technology Services, LLC

  • Includes 200GB data transfer
  • Reinstallation of office applications
  • Configuration of email
  • Configuration of printer (if required)
 

Existing PC Rebuild: $200 – Complete fresh reinstallation of Windows Operating System & transfer data and applications

  • Includes 200GB data transfer
  • Reinstallation of office applications
  • Configuration of email
  • Configuration of printer (if required)
 

Hard Drive Failure Recovery: $250 – Replace hard drive, complete fresh reinstallation of Windows Operating System & transfer data and applications

  • Labor only does not include the cost of a new hard drive. I will provide purchase options when replacement requirements are determined.
  • Includes 200GB data transfer
  • Reinstallation of office applications
  • Configuration of email
  • Configuration of printer (if required)
  • If any other application or device configuration is required, I will provide an additional quote. 
 

Virus Removal & System Repair: $150 – Complete detection and malware removal.

  • Scan PC for viruses and malware
  • Evaluate removal procedures for malicious software found
  • Clean and quarantine all removable malware.
  • Recommend further required actions or protection practices

Home Network Assessment: $200 – Asses home network configuration and operation.

  • Evaluate home network equipment configuration
  • Asses wireless network signal
  • Assess network security practices
  • Recommend updates and changes as needed

Network and Administrative services are typically provided to small businesses on a contract basis. For additional information, please call or complete the contact form.
 

Note: The hourly rate for residential services outside of typical flat rate services is $100. The hourly rate for non-contract business services is $150
